John L. Davidson

John Davidson is a Senior Executive with successful careers both in the UK Army and business.

He is proven in both Military and business environments where his outgoing and dynamic personal style inspires trust and respect. In his service career, which was largely with the UK Army, he was known for integrity. It was here that he was involved at the forefront of counter terrorism. He is valued where the high risk levels place a premium on successful decision making under high pressure.

John’s leadership and management skills were later turned to the commercial sector as a Director and owner of his own International Company and as a senior executive in a major, successful security company. His excellent operational skills, covering crisis and risk management, have been used internationally at the highest levels of government.

He has sharpened his financial acumen through running his own company, which also involved procurement management for clients.

He has a unique personal network of high level international government and business contacts.

Anthony (Tony) Green (PhD)

Tony Green is an active consultant and researcher in Catastrophic Risk Assessment, and Fire and Explosion in the UK and Australia.

He is also a Senior Lecturer in Risk Management at the School of Safety Science (The University of New South Wales).

Catastrophic Risk Assessment

Tony’s work in Catastrophic Risk Assessment has resulted in the development of novel approach to incorporating risk events at the catastrophic end of the risk spectrum. His technique incorporates spatial modelling of the risk system and behaviours.Some applications which are currently being developed are for terrorism, fire, pandemics and biosecurity.
This is being developed as decision support systems for emergency planning and other uses.

Fire and Explosion

Tony is a recognised leader in modelling of fire, fire spread and explosion, to give realistic predictions of damage and injury.This requires both the development of experimental data and analysing this against new developments in modelling.
His current research involves the development of a new model for fire spread and the effect of enclosure obstructions on the venting characteristics of explosions.
